Mindfulness or Meditation Coaching is a bit like going to the gym and having a personal trainer, but instead of working on muscles in the body, the coach helps work on the “muscles” in the mind.

Coaching sessions occur remotely via Skype or over the phone, and can also happen in-person, depending on proximity. They generally range from 45 minutes – 1.5 hours per session, and the coaching relationship can last a few weeks or several years, depending on your needs.
